Pike Continues Upward Momentum
Academics and Recruitment on the Rise for Beta Phi
The year is starting off well for Beta Phi. We overcame a few small obstacles with the Chapter House to start the year, but the brothers have pushed through.
Recruitment on the Rise
Our recruitment committee set a goal of 40 scholars, leaders, athletes, and gentleman to be part of the fall 2015 class, which would far exceed our overall membership goal as a Chapter.
Pike Makes Huge Academic Strides
Academics increased for the third semester in a row. We had more members on the Dean’s List and academic excellence then we have had in the last 10 years. Congratulations, brothers, on this achievement!
Focus on Fall Philanthropy
We have set a goal to raise a minimum of $5,000 this fall at our Pike Fireman’s Challenge. This year for the challenge, we sent out letters to local companies in the greater Lafayette area asking for a $500 donation in return for their logo featured on the back of our t-shirts. Hopefully with enough money we’ll give each contestant from the sororities a free t-shirt, which would not only benefit the companies, but allow us to promote Pike on campus.
Beta Phi looks forward to another great semester and all that it has to offer. If you’re on campus this fall, please stop by the house. We love to connect with our alumni!
In the Bond,
